Treatment plans are personalized and may involve lifestyle modifications, such as diet and exercise, alongside medication management to control blood pressure and improve heart function. We also emphasize education on recognizing symptoms of heart disease and understanding the importance of regular follow-ups.

Our dedicated team works collaboratively to empower patients in their health journey, aiming to enhance overall well-being and reduce the risk of complications associated with hypertension and heart disease.

Our multidisciplinary team, including endocrinologists, dietitians, and diabetes educators, collaborates to create tailored management strategies that may include medication management, dietary guidance, and exercise recommendations. We emphasize patient education, helping individuals understand their condition, recognize symptoms, and develop effective self-management skills.

With ongoing support and regular follow-ups, our Diabetes Care program aims to enhance quality of life, prevent complications, and empower patients to take control of their health.

ICU High Dependency Unit

Our ICU High Dependency Unit (HDU) provides specialized care for patients requiring close monitoring and advanced medical support but not the full resources of a traditional intensive care unit. This unit is designed for individuals with serious but stable conditions, such as post-operative recovery, respiratory distress, or acute illness.

Patients in the HDU receive continuous monitoring of vital signs, as well as access to advanced therapies and interventions. Our multidisciplinary team, including intensivists, nurses, and allied health professionals, collaborates to deliver personalized care, ensuring timely interventions and support.

With a focus on recovery and stabilization, our ICU HDU is committed to providing compassionate, high-quality care to enhance patient outcomes and facilitate a smooth transition to lower levels of care.

ECG

An Electrocardiogram (ECG or EKG) is a diagnostic test that measures the electrical activity of the heart over a period of time. It provides valuable information about heart rhythm, rate, and the size and position of the heart chambers. The test is commonly used to diagnose various heart conditions, such as arrhythmias, heart attacks, and other cardiac diseases.

During the procedure, electrodes are placed on the chest, arms, and legs to record the heart’s electrical signals. The resulting graph displays the heart’s activity, allowing healthcare providers to assess its function.

ECGs are quick, painless, and non-invasive, making them an essential tool in both emergency and routine evaluations of heart health. Our dedicated cardiac care team utilizes ECG results to guide further diagnostic testing and treatment plans, ensuring optimal heart health for our patients.

ECHO

An echocardiogram, or ECHO, is a non-invasive ultrasound test that uses sound waves to create detailed images of the heart’s structure and function. It allows healthcare providers to assess the heart’s chambers, valves, and overall performance in real time.

ECHO is commonly used to diagnose various heart conditions, including heart disease, valve disorders, and congenital heart defects. During the procedure, a transducer is placed on the chest to transmit sound waves, which bounce off the heart and are converted into moving images.

The test is painless, requires no radiation, and typically takes about 30 to 60 minutes. Our dedicated cardiology team interprets the results to guide treatment decisions and ensure optimal heart health for our patients.
